Heritage Glendale Tree Care provides residential and commercial tree services in Glendale, CA and surrounding areas, including tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The scope of work for any specific project will be defined in a written estimate or work agreement provided to the customer prior to the start of work.
All estimates provided by Heritage Glendale Tree Care are based on conditions visible at the time of the on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may differ from an estimate if:
We will notify you of any material cost changes before proceeding with additional work. A written estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have agreed to the scope and pricing in writing.
Work is scheduled at a mutually agreed time. We ask that customers provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to reschedule a confirmed appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice for non-emergency jobs may result in a scheduling fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as early as possible in such cases to arrange an alternative date.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing before the job begins. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the completion date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by California law, whichever is less. Customer is responsible for any costs incurred in collecting unpaid amounts, including reasonable attorney fees.
To allow us to perform work safely and efficiently, customers agree to:
Certain tree work in Glendale and surrounding municipalities requires a permit before work may begin. If we identify that a permit is required, we will inform you. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for obtaining required permits. If we agree to handle permitting on your behalf, any permit fees will be passed through to you as a separate line item. Work performed without a required permit is the customer's responsibility.
Heritage Glendale Tree Care warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 7 days of job completion and we will review your concern and make it right at no additional charge if the issue is within our control. This workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by weather events, acts of nature, pre-existing conditions, or third-party actions after work is completed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heritage Glendale Tree Care's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
